I had to give a present and I wanted to give it in a nice box. So what I did was to search for a beautiful templates box on the Internet so as to make the box and then to cover it with patterned paper. This is the picture of how it looks:
1) Cardboard. Not too thin or too thick.2) Patterned paper.
3) Adhesive.
4) Pencil and scissors.
Instructions:
1) Find a nice free template box on the Internet (I didn't have the money to pay for one, that's why I chose a free template, but you can pay one if you can and want :P).
2) (Read this only if you want to make your template box bigger).
Once I found a template box I liked I made it bigger so that the box was bigger too. For making the template bigger I used a really useful web page called Blockposters. The page allows you to upload an image and make it bigger by turn it into several pages to print). The only bad thing about it is that (once you've printed your bigger template) you must paste the pages together and cut them; but anyway, it is useful if you want to enlarge your template.
3) Once I had my template and in the size I wanted it I cut the cardboard (with the template, of course).

4) After cutting the cardboard I cut two papers with the shape of the template box, so as to cover in the inside and outside the box.
5) Then I pasted the cut papers, one in one side of the cardboard and the other one in the other side (inside and outside of the box). I did it with glue and brush so as to spread it equally through the cardboard.6) Assemble the box and your fun box is done!
